Orders typically ship in 48hours after the confirmation of the orders. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via live chat or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
